Sara Yoffe, an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, is a licensed clinician specializing in┬ámedication management and supportive psychotherapy. Sara has worked as a nurse in mental health since 2012 and relocated to Laguna Beach from New York City. Through her clinical experience and training working closely with diverse and complex individuals, she has in‑depth knowledge around the diagnosis and treatment for many mental health conditions for clients of all ages, including but not limited to: Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Attention Deficit Disorders.

Sara creates a safe, supportive, and non‑judgmental environment for every client, and understands the importance of empathy, trust, and kindness. Through her integrative client‑centered and holistic approach, she focuses on the whole person to foster a successful therapeutic experience. Sara believes that personalized treatment plans that allow for healthy change based on knowledge and support can facilitate the progress of each of her clients towards reaching their goals and making positive changes to maintain productive and meaningful lives.
